Climbing Vine Partial Shade?

We have an arbour on the North pathway of our house. Gets six hours of sunlight daily 2pm on. I bought Canary Bird Vine and Ruby moon Hyacinth Bean seeds because the package said they look good together. The package says full sun but I'm wondering if anyone has tried partial shade?

Climbing Vine Partial Shade?
Looks like your canary vine can take partial shade, according to this: http://www.ces.ncsu.edu/depts/hort/consu...

But I don't know if your Hyacinth Bean will prosper there. Worth a try, since it gets the hotter afternoon sun. Probably will be just fine. http://www.ces.ncsu.edu/depts/hort/consu...

But did you know that both of those are considered annuals?

If you are interested in planting perennials there for next year, try this link. http://www.perennials.com/results.html?s...

It's an interactive research tool that will allow you to input your zone, the attributes of the perennial for which you are looking, shade/sun, soil types, etc.

Happy Gardening!
